Fortnum’s are commerce innovation leader

Innovation in commerce is a hot topic – and Fortnum & Mason Director of Customer Experience, Zia Zareem-Slade is well placed to discuss how and why.

She spoke at Millennial 20-20 today in Holborn, as part of a panel discussing “Dining on data – a feast of facts” with several other industry leaders in the food and beverage sector.

Red Badger rebuilt the Fortnum’s website from the ground up starting in 2014, resulting in the best trading day in the company’s 308-year history over Christmas 2015.

Data and analytics built into the website such as Inspectlet and New Relic assist the Fortnum’s teams in developing product pages, creating timely and attractive seasonal features and replicating the kind of experience that Fortnum’s customers expect online.
