Here at Red Badger we love data and insights, and it’s been a busy couple of months for our Insights team. We’ve been meeting clients to discuss how we can help them improve their products and services, by using data backed insights and starting a couple of new engagements.
We also love great tools that help us build better products, and we’re pleased to announce that Red Badger has officially become the first UK partner for Amplitude, a product analytics platform.
Amplitude is on a mission to help companies build better products. This Silicon Valley technology company has been making waves in the States with a next generation product analytics platform built with digital products and services in mind. They are used in 180+ countries by 20,000+ businesses including IBM, Twitter, Microsoft, Samsung, Under Armour, Adidas, HubSpot, PayPal and many more.
The platform is often used alongside tools such as Adobe and Google Analytics, giving Product Owners better access to valuable retention data that would have been complicated to access and require a third party tool. Amplitude is particularly strong at analysing retention within apps and websites, identifying key features that help drive repeat usage.
